What People Are Saying

“Playbow offers amazing, compassionate, professional care that really helps my pets. Owner/licensed practitioner Sophie is a gem! She has not only done laser therapy on my dog (with great results), she has been treating my partially-paralyzed rescue sheep Betty with laser therapy on a regular basis. Betty has made absolutely fantastic progress since Sophie began working on her. I am so grateful to Sophie for working with my vet to improve Betty's quality of life to such a great extent. Every part of the treatment process is explained and well-documented; a vet referral is required to access PARC's services, and Sophie is a licensed professional who truly knows her stuff. We are so lucky to have PARC in our area!“

“Thanks to Sophie our dog Otter is back doing the things she loves. We thought she’d have to deal with a sore shoulder the rest of her life but not under Sophie’s care. Sophie is excellent at pinpointing the problem and determining the right treatment to make things right again. Sophie has a way with animals that makes them feel loved and cared for. Otter loves it when Sophie comes over for therapy! It’s a fun, and stress free session. Thank you for making Otter feel like herself again.“

“Sophie has been working with our 14.5yo lab Piper. We were concerned about her back legs getting weaker as she aged. Piper had cruciate repair years ago, and now naturally with age we are dealing with some osteoarthritis. After our vet referral was complete, Sophie came for her first very thorough visit. She spent a lot of time going over everything with us. Piper was more than okay with all the love an attention she was getting! Sophie has altered Pipers regimen over the visits as needed, and has given us homework/exercises to keep up with things in between visits. Sophie comes with a wealth of knowledge, experience, compassion and a definite love for animals. That shines through on every visit. I have personally worked in the pet industry for years, and I am SO grateful to know that Sophie and PARC exist. Our pets are living longer and the need for keeping them feeling their best at any age is something Sophie will do. Piper and I would recommend Sophie over and over!“

“Sophie loved our dog like we do! Our baby had a horrible accident and I truly believe she would not be walking without her help. She was caring, knowledgeable, flexible and easy to work with. Ellie made huge strides each time she met with Sophie and she quickly became her favourite person. I can’t recommend her enough!
